Norsk Test AS is the data controller for the personal data processed by this website.
The personal data we collect is used to administer, assign and deliver electronic tests and their results. We use cookies.
What information is recorded
The list below contains the information we may ask for (we do not collect information beyond what you give us). Which information is recorded for a given task depends on the task. We require you to provide all information marked as required in order to access a service.
- Name
- We record your name to personalise the service and to identify you.
- Address
- We need your address to send you diplomas and cards by post.
- Mobile number
- We use your mobile number to send you codes that identify you on the website. If you pay for a test by mobile, we store the mobile number together with the product you bought.
- We use your e-mail address to send you information about the service you use. We will occasionally send you information we think you will find useful. We will never sell your e-mail address to a third party.
- Date of birth
- For services that are restricted by age, we record your date of birth.
- Passport photo
- We use a passport photo as part of card production for certain products.
- National identity number
- We record your national identity number only when it is necessary to identify you uniquely to external parties (i.e. public registers that the police have access to).
We use an external payment provider and do not store credit card details.
Disclosure of information to third parties
We transfer the data to be printed on plastic cards to the printing company that carries out this task for us.
In some special cases we use external test providers, and we then transfer information that can identify you and which test you are going to take.
